RETURENS AND EXCHANGES

We at EAGEGOF would like for you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept a return or exchange of items that are in new condition with original tags. Items eligible for return or exchange cannot be washed, worn, or altered. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items purchased from EAGEGOF stores or third-party retailersdistributors. Additionally, for reasons of health & hygiene safety we are unable to exchange or refund underwear or swimwear items once purchased unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.

Full Price Merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the order date to be eligible for a refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.
Sale-Price Merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the order date to be eligible for a refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.
Custom embroidered items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  2. Please take your parcel to a local Post Office or use DHL or FEDEX and post it to the address below:
