Frequently Asked Questions

COVID update - 19

Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, so we have completely redesigned our production and fulfillment centers to comply with national recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.

What does this mean to you?

Processing times may be delayed. Normally, the processing time is 1-4 working days *, but currently it varies due to issues related to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact on our business. Processing time will also be extended during holidays.
As soon as your order is shipped or we foresee any problems in fulfilling your order, we will notify you immediately.
You can cancel for a full refund. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund.


We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work together to resolve this issue.

* Please understand that weekdays do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas




Problems with orders

How can I get in touch with your customer service team, and when should I hear back?


For customer service enquiries only, please email info@eagegof.net. Our customer service team operates from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time. We do our best to respond to all customers within 48 hours. Response times may be extended immediately after holidays, promotions, and launches/additions. Inquiries are answered in the order they were received; Please do not send multiple emails, as this will put you at the end of the queue.



I haven't received my order confirmation, has my order been approved?

Order confirmation mail may be delayed due to high order volume. If you do not receive your confirmation email 24 hours after your purchase, please contact our customer service team at info@eagegof.net.



Can I change the order after I place it?

Due to the extremely limited nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it may not be cancelled, changed or modified. Please make sure all information is correct before submitting your order.



I have received the order and need some extra help.

Please contact our customer service team info@eagegof.net to request replacement of damaged products or report other problems with your order. We will review all issues submitted within 14 days of the package. Requests received after this time frame will no longer be eligible for review. Customers must provide a photo of any product/order along with their packing list (please make sure the initial of the stamp is visible). Please note that items mailed using the mail forwarding service are not subject to any form of exchange/exchange/refund.



Delivery

When will my package be delivered?

Order processing time is 1-4 working days (excluding weekends or holidays). These hours may be extended during holidays, launch/replenishment, limited edition releases and promotions. Please note that we are not responsible for any delivery of shipments that may be affected by customs, natural events, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers from USPS to international mail carriers.

Can I place items in the cart to order?

All products on Eagegof are available for order in stock (unless otherwise noted). Items cannot be saved in the shopping cart. The product is in extremely limited supply, so it may sell out before you complete your purchase. Order transactions are completed in the order they are received.
